Retention simulator

Dial a policy and see what anvil prune --dry-run would mark against the demo store, in your browser, deleting nothing. The arithmetic here is the same the binary runs: a count for dev, an age for staging, and release left alone unless you force it.

Defaults shown are the shipped ones: dev keep 10, staging 45 days, release never. Change them to feel out a policy before you write it into config. Reclaimable bytes count a shared payload once.
