Every tagged release since 0.1.0, newest first. Only the format column matters for upgrades - a flagged row changed the on-disk store and wants a migration; the rest install over the top. Each version links to its own notes; the same list is an Atom feed at /feed.xml.

A flagged row is the one you read before upgrading; it moved the store format. Everything else is a drop-in binary swap. Two format jumps so far, at 1.0.0 and 2.0.0.
